Product application

The EM Series Electro-Mechanical Damper Control Panels are designed to provide reliable control and monitoring of Fire dampers in HVAC systems.

Suitable for use with 24V and 230V actuators, these panels ensure efficient operation and integration with fire alarm systems, making them ideal for managing fire safety in buildings.

EM Electro-Mechanical Damper Control Panel

The EM standard panel range is designed to offer simplified control and monitoring of motorised fire dampers as a hardwired system up to 50 dampers.

Damper actuator power and signal cable wiring connections are provided from within the panel along with fire alarm input integration.

Damper status indication from each actuator individually wired to the EM panel is displayed through tricolour LEDs.

Standard configured control panels available : EM5, EM10, EM20, EM30, EM40 & EM50. Zone control can be achieved in group of 10 dampers on EM20 and over.

The Panel requires 230 volt AC power supply and versions are available to suit either 24V and 230V damper actuators, please confirm when ordering.

The panels are CE marked and conform to current IET wiring regulations.

Wiring connections, and integration with fire alarm contacts ensure safety and compliance.

Comprehensive wiring diagrams and installation instructions are provided to suit either 230V or 24V dampers to ensure proper setup and operation.
