Passive fire safety solution at Rayleigh Care Facility

Working with Harniss Contracting, we delivered a comprehensive passive fire safety solution for the Rayleigh Care Facility, ensuring safety and compliance standards. BSB was entrusted with the critical task of implementing a passive fire safety system at the Rayleigh Care Facility. The project involved the supply and commissioning of 36 motorised fire and smoke dampers, integrated with a centralised control panel to maintain fire compartmentation, and ensure operational efficiency. BSB provided a tailored solution featuring FSD-C circular single blade and FSD-TD multiblade motorised fire dampers, equipped with 230V actuators. The system was controlled by an EM50-230 damper control panel, capable of managing up to 50 motorised dampers, offering precise individual control and status monitoring. This setup ensures the facility adheres to passive fire safety standards, providing a safe environment for residents and staff.
