In a move that underscores our commitment to the UK’s manufacturing sector, BSB is excited to announce the addition of a new, state-of-the-art roll form machine to our production line. Custom-built to our specifications, this machine represents our investment in enhancing local manufacturing capabilities.
Why is this important for UK Manufacturing? By investing in advanced technology within the UK, we are bolstering our capacity to produce high-quality products domestically. This move reflects our belief in the strength and potential of UK manufacturing, contributing to the industry’s growth and resilience.
The new machine specialises in rolling damper blades in galvanised steel, 316 stainless steel, and 430 stainless steel. It’s a multifunctional powerhouse that rolls the blades, cuts them to length, and punches holes, encapsulating several processes into one. This leads to improved efficiency, reduced waste, and enhanced product quality.
