Launch of Two New CE Compliant Installation Methods

At BSB Engineering Services Ltd. (BSB), we are committed to providing our customers with versatile, high-performance fire safety products for all applications. We are excited to announce the launch of two new CE compliant installation methods for our FD, FSD-TD, FD-C, and FSD-C product ranges.

The first method, Single Skin, involves a minimum construction with a 50mm track and a single 12.5mm thick Type F board on either side of the wall, with or without acoustic insulation. This classification also supports single skin drywall constructions that are thicker (15mm), more dense, or composed of multiple layers, offering additional methods for applying BSB dampers to your applications.

The second method, Flexible Fire Curtain (Cavity Barrier), features the Firefly Apollo or Zeus Lite systems. These are ideal for ceiling voids and large spans due to their quick installation and lightweight construction.
