At BSB Engineering Services Ltd. (BSB), our dedication to continuous learning and professional development stands at the core of what we do. Participating in the Association for Specialist Fire Protection (ASFP) training session underscored this commitment, providing our team with an invaluable opportunity to enhance their understanding of passive fire protection in the built environment.
Delving into the ASFP Online Introduction to Passive Fire Protection, our team explored topics across eight thoughtfully designed learning modules that provide an essential introduction to passive fire protection and its role in the overall fire strategy of a building.
Feedback from participants like Stephen Holley highlighted the course’s contextual benefits, “It puts our products into context, which I think will be of benefit to everyone.” Jennifer Barber shared her enthusiasm for the new insights gained, saying, “I am satisfied because I learnt aspects of fire protection that I didn’t know about before.”
Reflections from our staff are incredibly important. They affirm the relevance of our training initiatives and inform the development of future sessions, ensuring they remain both informative and engaging. Our belief in the power of knowledge to drive innovation and safety in fire protection is unwavering. As we advance, our commitment to an always-learning approach ensures our team is equipped with the expertise to excel.
A special shout-out to our team, particularly Jack Sturrock-Leaton and Marcus Prime, who were exemplary participants and are pictured here proudly holding their certificates. Together, we’re stronger, more knowledgeable, and ready to face the challenges of our industry with confidence. Our ongoing commitment to professional development and training ensures that BSB continues to lead the way in passive fire protection expertise.
